October Update (2)

There are a number of special upcoming events at the club, in addition to our many regular weekly activities. The Fall Into Christmas Craft Market is being held at the club this Saturday, November 1 from 10:00 until 3:00. There is a great variety of vendors with many traditional, as well as unique items for sale. A lunch of chili, both vegetarian and meat, will be available along with coffee, tea and freshly baked muffins. Come out and start your Christmas shopping early. Hope to see you there. On Thursday,  November 13 we are holding the second of three workshops on Healthy Aging - Optimizing Health (this workshop is at capacity). As follow-up to this workshop, a coffee chat on meditation techniques to reduce stress and optimize health is being held on Thursday, November 20 from 10:00 - 12:00 (see attached poster). This event is still open for anyone wishing to register.

The very popular Breakfast with Santa  will be held at the club as part of the Fenelon Falls Santa Day on November 29 from 9:00 until 11:00.  Come and enjoy a pancake breakfast and take pictures with Santa.
