Healthy Aging Workshop #3

Registration is now open for the next Healthy Aging Workshop! On Thursday, February 19 from 9:30 to 2:15, the Fenelon Falls Seniors’ Club (FFSC) is offering Be Prepared: Be Safe!, the final workshop in the 2025/26 Healthy Aging series. This event is a great way to learn about strategies and supports to enhance your personal safety and emergency preparedness as you age. Topics include:

·         Emergency Preparedness

·         Improving Your Digital Literacy

·         Home Safety & Falls Prevention

·         Online Banking Safety

·         Recognizing AI Fraud

·         Fraud Response & Investigation

Exhibitors will also be available.  A falls prevention movement break, refreshments and catered lunch are included. Cost is $5 for FFSC members; $10 for all others. Register early as spaces are limited!
